Is Savvi Maids insured?
Thank you for asking! Yes. Rest assured that we are a legitimate company, therefore, we are fully licensed and insured.
I'm nervous/embarrassed about the condition of my home?
If you’re feeling this way, please try not to worry! Our Savvi Cleaners are absolute professionals. This is what we love to do and what we excel at. We see it all, and there is no judgment. Our hope is that those feelings will dissipate as soon as your appointment finishes, and you see your home transform.
Do you run background checks on your Cleaning Professionals?
Yes. We run detailed background and reference checks of each cleaner before they can join our team.
Are you pet friendly?
We are! All our Cleaning Professionals are comfortable with your furry friends. When building your file, our Office Staff will ask you for the name of your pet and any special instructions regarding their care while we are in your home. All cleaning products used by Savvi Maids are eco-friendly and completely safe for pets!
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. If this is your first appointment, it’s usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it’s also a good idea to walk through the home again to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?
If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled cleaning.
Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies?
No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great experience. We are happy to use your working vacuum should you choose.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Savvi Maids requires a credit card on file for all appointments. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Venmo, and Zelle. Should you wish to pay by different means, please contact our office.
What if I need to skip or cancel my service?
Give us 24 business hours’ notice of your change in plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return the next business day and re-clean it.
